Albany Police

ALBANY - Jackie M. Van Natta, 42, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 17, on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol level and operating left of the center line.

• A 16-year-old Albany boy was cited Thursday, Aug. 15, for a curfew violation.

• Johnathan T. Sutherland, 20, Albany, was cited Thursday, Aug. 15, for illegal burning.

• Dawn L. Bierman, 47, Evansville, was cited Friday, Aug. 16, for non-registration of an auto.

• Isaac J. Holliday, 27, Lodi, was cited Saturday, Aug. 17, for outside consumption of alcohol.

• Carley A. Erickson, 21, was cited Saturday, Aug. 17, for outside consumption of alcohol.

• Heather L.D. Halverson, 25, Albany, was cited Saturday, Aug. 17, for driving with a revoked license.

• Michael N. Hinze, 39, Janesville, was cited Saturday, Aug. 17, for driving with a suspended license.

Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Reed David Sutton, 18, New Orleans, La., was cited for underage drinking, having open intoxicants in a vehicle and failing to stop at a stop sign at 9:10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 23 in the city. A passenger, Dakota C. Lorenz, 20, Monticello, was cited for underage drinking and open intoxicants.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Javian Qu Ran Adams, 17, Freeport, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department, after officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of 12th Street at 4:34 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, for a report of loud noise coming from the back of a residence. The officers found a party going on. Adams was also cited for underage drinking, then jailed. The resident, Connar S. Koch, 17, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking and for keeping a disorderly house. Also cited for underage drinking were William B. Robison, 20, Ryu R. Voegeli, 20, and Lashawn N. Adams, 18, all of Monroe.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Sunday, Aug. 18:

• Donovan W. Peck, 54, Beloit, was cited for speeding and driving with a revoked license at 4:30 p.m. in the W800 block of County E in Decatur Township.

• David Lee Webb, 21, rural Monroe, was cited for trespassing after deputies responded at 8:04 p.m. to a 911 call at a residence on Bethel Road in Clarno Township.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Jodi R. Fitzsimons, 38, Darlington, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Platteville Police Department after deputies responded at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, to a report of a domestic disturbance in Willow Springs Township. The domestic incident is still under investigation.

• Chad J. Huseman, 26, Dubuque, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after deputies responded to a disturbance at Lake Joy Campground in Belmont Township at 1:42 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18. Huseman was booked into the jail, then posted bond and was released.

• Lyle D. Krueger II, 37, Waukesha, was cited for speeding and for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township at 10:52 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16.

• Jose L. Pacheco, 40, Janesville, was cited for speeding on Wis. 11 in South Wayne at 11:41 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16.

• Jason Robert Hahn, 35, Raleigh, N.C., was cited for speeding on the Cheese Country Trail at 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.

• Duane J. Harker, 23, Shullsburg, was cited for inattentive driving after a deputy responded to a truck vs. motorcycle accident in Shullsburg at 4:06 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17. The vehicles were eastbound on Wis. 11 at Bruce Street when Curtis H. Carlson, 60, Beloit, slowed down his 1988 Harley Davidson for emergency vehicles. Harker was driving his 1999 Dodge truck when he got distracted while reaching for something in the truck and hit Carlson's motorcycle. No injuries were reported. The vehicles were moderately damaged. The motorcycle was towed.

• Alan W. White, 27, Platteville, was cited for speeding on County XX in Belmont Township at 9:45 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.

• Bobbi Jo Celeste, 19, Sturtevant, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township at 10:25 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.

• Disorderly conduct was reported in the 5000 block of Main Street in Gratiot at 12:37 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16.

• A set of keys found on County Shop Road in Darlington Township were reported found at 10:52 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16.

• A deputy took a report of animals causing damage to property on Roaster Road in Benton Township at 12:50 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16.

• A deputy was dispatched to Shullsburg for a barking dog complaint at 2:28 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.

• A hit-and-run on a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado truck belonging to Chris J. Helfvogt, 31, Elizabeth, Ill., was reported at 12:40 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, and remains under investigation. The damage to the truck was noticed when it was parked in Argyle.

• Speeding motorcycles were reported in Fayette at 3:53 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17. Extra patrol will be given to the area.

• A deputy assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department with trying to locate a suspect wanted for questioning at 2:29 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18. The suspect may have been hiding at a residence in Seymour Township, but was not located.
