MONROE - Peter J. Cosgrove, 34, Monroe, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. Monday for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer in the 300 block of 3rd Street. Cosgrove was jailed pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Monday:
• Gerard A. McKibben, 25, South Wayne, was arrested at 1:47 a.m. on a warrant issued through Lafayette County for failure to appear for charges of driving while intoxicated. McKibben also had a probation hold and was arrested following a traffic stop on Sand Road, Wiota Township. He was cited for driving after suspension and resisting an officer. McKibben was jailed pending court.
• A deputy responded to a trespassing complaint at 1:40 p.m. on County M, Wiota Township.
• A deputy responded at 6:58 p.m. to a report of a power line down on South Prairie Road, Gratiot Township.
• A deputy responded to a report of a barking dog complaint on East Water Street, Shullsburg at 7:13 p.m.
• A deputy was dispatched at 9:10 p.m. to a report of a tree in the roadway on North Lake Road, Fayette Township.
• Michael D. Arnold, 21, South Wayne, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. for disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a domestic dispute on West Center Street, Village of South Wayne. Arnold was jailed pending court.
• A deputy responded to a report of livestock on the roadway on Truman Road, Kendall Township, at 10:37 p.m.
