MONROE - Vincent J. Ardis, 39, Monroe, was cited at 11:56 p.m. Wednesday for possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies checked a vehicle parked at the Pleasant View Park located in the N3300 block of County N, Monroe Township. The Monroe Police Department K-9 unit assisted on scene. Ardis was released pending court.
• Eugene A. Davidson, 50, Browntown, was cited for disorderly conduct after a deputy responded to a report of an individual swearing at another subject in the 100 block of Mill Street, Village of Browntown, at 1:40 p.m. Thursday. Davidson was released pending court.

• A deputy took a report of theft of lawn ornaments from a resident's yard on County D, Wayne Township, at 12:02 p.m.
• A deputy assisted a motorist by unlocking a vehicle at 2:31 p.m. at a location on Miner Way, Shullsburg.
• A deputy took a report of an informational highway parking sign that was knocked down on County W, Monticello Township, at 5:44 p.m.
• A deputy assisted a motorist by unlocking a vehicle at 9:38 p.m. at a location on West Main Street, Benton.
