Monroe Police

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Jonathon M. Colin-Holt, 21, Monroe, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. at 5th Street and 20th Avenue on two outstanding warrants, one from Lafayette County and the other from Rock County. At 4:11 a.m., officers turned him over to a Lafayette County deputy at the county line. Colin-Holt was jailed in Darlington.

• Lena M. Graff, 44, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated and cited for speeding and having open intoxicants in her vehicle after officers stopped her at 8:37 p.m. just west of Monroe on Wisconsin 81 at County N. Radar had shown her vehicle speeding within city limits. Graff was released to a responsible person pending court. The incident remains under investigation, with possible charges pending against a passenger in the vehicle.

• A 13-year-old Monroe girl faces discipline, in the form of traffic citations or by referral to juvenile authorities for criminal charges, for a hit-and-run crash reported at 10:07 p.m. in the 1500 block of 14th Avenue. Five minutes after the initial hit-and-run report, the girl's parent (and owner of the offending vehicle) contacted police to report that the girl was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash and had since returned home. Police made contact with the girl in the same block where the crash happened, and she was released to the parent.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Deputies took a report of the theft of several road signs on County Y, Town of Jordan. Anyone with information on the case can contact the sheriff's office at 328-9400 or Crime Stoppers at 800-422-7463.

• Manfred F. Jackson, 28, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license after deputies stopped him at 8:09 p.m. for a traffic violation in the N1000 block of County K, Town of Jefferson.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• Livestock in the roadway was reported at 12:42 a.m. on Holland Road, Town of Seymour.

• Livestock in the roadway was reported at 7:11 a.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.

• A deputy responded at 9:10 a.m. to Van Buren Street in Benton to deliver a message for the Darlington Police Department.

• Livestock in the roadway was reported at 12:50 p.m. on County F, Town of Seymour.

• A deputy responded at 8:42 p.m. to County F in the Town of Seymour for a complaint of an erratic driver. It was unfounded.

• Livestock in the roadway was reported at 9:52 p.m. on County W, Town of New Diggings.
