Monroe Police

MONROE - Nathan R. Sweet, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. Friday in the 2900 block of 13th Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Sweet was jailed pending court.

• Philip D. Hoffman, 30, Monroe, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and bail jumping as the result of a disturbance in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Hoffman was jailed pending court.

• Jennifer L. Jones, 39, Monroe, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct and battery after police responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. Jones posted bond and was released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Saturday:

• Paul Michael Parker, 21, Monroe, was arrested at 4:05 a.m. on a Walworth County Warrant for failure to pay child support after deputies responded to a noise complaint on Bloom Lane, Town of Monroe. Parker was jailed pending transport to Walworth County. Annebelle Beth Canady, 49, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and released pending court.

• John A. Beilharz Jr., 28, Beloit, and Brittany N. Mellem, 25, Monticello, were both arrested at 7:15 p.m. for lewd and lascivious behavior after deputies responded to a disturbance at the Sugar River boat landing in the W500 block of County F, Town of Decatur. Both were jailed pending court.

On Sunday:

• Joy L. King, 46, Freeport, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. for driving under the influence, first offense, and driving with a suspended license. King was also arrested for a warrant issued by Green County for failure to pay a fine after deputies responded to a theft complaint from a business in the Village of Browntown. King posted bond and was released. The theft complaint remains under investigation.

• While deputies were investigating a hit-and-run accident, they located three subjects hiding inside a barn off of Church Road. As a result, Sabryna Marie Graves, 18; Shanaye Monique Howard, 18; and Jace Michael Johnsrud, 20, all from Monroe, were all cited at 2:36 a.m. for underage possession and consumption of alcohol, first offense. They were released pending court.

• Graham A. Dommershausen, 21, Beaver Dam, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. for disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a report of a fight near the Sugar River, Town of Albany. Dommershausen was released pending court.

• Deanna M. Hoffman, 27, Monroe, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. on a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department for failure to pay a fine. Hoffman posted bond and was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• A deputy took a report of littering at 8:55 a.m. on Shortcut Road, Willow Springs Township. Several tires were found dumped onto a field.

• A deputy took a complaint of a subject receiving unwanted text messages at a residence on Mink Farm Road, Wayne Township, at 4:15 p.m.

• A deputy investigated a theft complaint at 8:55 p.m. at a location on 1st Street, Benton. The complainant reported loose change was missing from several parked vehicles in the area.

On Saturday:

• Alyson J. Abb, 19, Brodhead, was cited at 12:01 a.m. for no valid license and non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop on Stuart Road, Wiota Township. Her passengers, Gabriel A. Hagen, 19, and Hayden D. Schliem, 20, both of South Wayne, were both cited for underage alcohol violations.

• Andrew J. Turpin, 18, Darlington, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop on Louisa Street, Darlington. A passenger, Morgan T. Knox, 18, Monroe, was cited for an underage drinking violation and Steven T. Wiegel, 24, Darlington, was arrested on a probation violation. Wiegel was jailed pending court. Darlington police assisted with the stop.

• Deputies responded to a report of threats to injure at a location on West Moundview Avenue, Village of Belmont. The reported subject fled prior to deputies' arrival.

On Sunday:

• Chad A. Berger, 19, Monroe, and Thomas A. Walker, 18, Oshkosh, were both cited at 2:40 a.m. for underage alcohol consumption at Blackhawk Memorial Park, Wiota Township.

• A deputy responded to a complaint of a dog running at large on South Prairie Road, Gratiot Township, at 2:15 p.m.

• A deputy assisted Decorah police at 3:27 p.m. by attempting to locate a stolen vehicle in Benton. Information was obtained that the suspects were possibly at a residence in Benton. The vehicle was not located.

• A deputy assisted Grant County sheriff's deputies by checking a parking lot area in South Wayne at 6:06 p.m. for a vehicle reported stolen in Grant County. The vehicle, although similar in appearance, was not the stolen vehicle.



Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - On Sunday, Aug. 10:

• Two young men were cited at 1:44 a.m. for disorderly conduct. Braydon J. Collins, 19, and Dylan T. Collins, 22, both of Brodhead, were cited in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. They were released pending court.

• Four young people, all from Brodhead, were cited at 5:32 a.m. for underage possession of alcohol in the 500 block of East 2nd Avenue at an underage drinking party. Darien V. Shimko, 19, and Gabriel A. Hagen, 19, were cited for first offense; Alyson J. Abb, 19, was cited for third-offense possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct; Paige M. Connolly was cited for second-offense alcohol possession and disorderly conduct. All subjects were released pending court.

• Seven young people were cited at 5:32 a.m. for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of East 2nd Avenue at an underage drinking party. Joseph A. Haesler, 21, Clinton; Timothy J. Huffman, 25, Juda; Grant M. Carpenter, 22, Reedsburg; Mitchel G. Wiesenberg, 22, Brodhead; Shane L. Abb, 21, Brodhead; Dylan T. Connolly, 22, Brodhead; and Lucas S. Rittenhouse, 22, Brodhead, were all cited and released pending court.

• Jeremy A. Barnett, 19, Albany, was cited at 7:06 a.m. Tuesday for disorderly conduct in the 600 block of East 6th Avenue. Barnett was release pending court.
