MONROE - On Thursday:
• Connar S. Koch, 18, Monroe, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 2200 block of 13th Street. Koch was released pending court.
• Thomas A. McLean, 26, Monroe, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. for bail jumping in the 1800 block of 9th Street. Online court records indicate McLean was out on bail from a previous case in which he is charged with disorderly conduct. McLean was jailed pending court.

• Mark J. Dieckman, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation warrant at a residence in the Town of Monroe. Dieckman was jailed pending court.
• Jillian A. Gowen, 27, Browntown, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation warrant at the Green County Justice Center. Gowen was jailed pending court.

DARLINGTON - A deputy investigated a report of suspicious activity on South Prairie Road, Gratiot Township, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
