MONROE - Tammie L. Smiley, 46, Monroe, was cited for a first offense of driving while under the influence and driving with no tail lamps at night at 1:17 a.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of 13th Avenue in the City of Monroe. Smiley was released. The Monroe Police Department assisted with the traffic stop.

• Trent A. Ubersox, 26, Shullsburg, was cited for speeding at 8:11 p.m. on County I in New Diggings Township.
• A deputy transported an inmate to the Darlington Municipal Building for an appointment at 12:48 p.m.
• A deputy responded at 3:17 p.m. to E. Main Street in the Village of Benton for a report of trespassing to land.
• A deputy responded at 5:06 p.m. to County G in Kendall Township for a report of debris on the roadway.
