The vehicles sustained minor to moderate damage.• Carol A. Hasse, 68, Juda, was cited for obstructed driver's vision after she hit a vehicle driven by Eric D. Kubly, 28, Monroe, at about 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, in the 500 block of 18th Avenue.
