MONROE - William E. Messerli, 64, Monroe, was cited for hit-and-run after he struck a vehicle driven by Nancy K. Ingold, 45, Monroe at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, in the intersection of 13th Avenue and 9th Street. One person involved in the accident complained of injuries but declined medical attention. The vehicles sustained minor to moderate damage.

• Carol A. Hasse, 68, Juda, was cited for obstructed driver's vision after she hit a vehicle driven by Eric D. Kubly, 28, Monroe, at about 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, in the 500 block of 18th Avenue. No injuries were reported. The vehicles were moderately damaged.

• A gas drive-off of $15 was reported by Stop-N-Go, 1607 9th St., at 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9. Arrangements were made, and the fuel was paid for.

DARLINGTON - Kassie J. Daskiewicz, 20, Benton, was cited for speeding, failure to fasten seatbelt and driving with no proof of vehicle insurance at 5:12 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

• A theft and criminal damage to property were reported at 7:26 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, on South Main Street in Blanchardville.
