• Christopher P. Graves, 34, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic abuse round 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of 12th Street for an incident that took place Friday. He was released pending court.
• Aaron A. Garland, 23, Beloit, was cited for driving after suspension and driving with a suspended registration following a traffic stop around 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of 15th Street. He was released pending court. A passenger in the vehicle, Chad E. Thostenson, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Department. He was jailed.
• Brock J. Hanson, 18, Monroe, was arrested for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia around 1 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Eighth Street. He was released pending court.
• Three people were arrested for underage drinking around 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of Eighth Street. Zachery J. Topp and Dustin Meier, both 19 and both from Monroe, were released pending court. Brandon S. Vavra, 18, Monroe, was arrested for underage drinking and was jailed for warrants issued by the Monroe Police Department.

MONROE - Randy J. Lee, 20, Browntown, was cited for obstructing an officer around 6:15 p.m. Friday in the N4000 block of County M, while deputies were investigating a prior vehicle crash. Lee provided a false name to deputies. He was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Christopher R. Dagle, 25, Warren, Ill., was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop around 2 a.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 11 in Gratiot township.
• Jeremy P. Nielson, 28, Shullsburg, was arrested for drunken driving and driving after revocation following a traffic stop around 3:45 a.m. Sunday on Iowa Street in Shullsburg. He was released pending court.
• Nicholas A. Pieper, 22, Stockton, Ill., was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct following a dispute around 6:45 a.m. Friday on Prairie Road in Seymour township. He was released pending court.
• Rachel L. Harris, 24, South Wayne, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct around 1 a.m. Saturday at a residence on Center Street in South Wayne. Harris was jailed.
