DARLINGTON - Jaime Flores-Mendez, 22, Darlington, was cited for driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and for failing to have motor vehicle insurance at about 3:55 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic crash investigation.
• Julieann H. Weber, 47, Benton, was cited for harassment and trespassing at 3:35 p.m. Thursday following a complaint on Catherine Street.
• Carolina Garcia-Penaloza, 41, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license at about 1:30 p.m. Friday following an accident at the Darlington High School.
• Missael Alba-Oroco, 31, Melrose Parks, Ill., was cited for ATV access route rules violations at about 10:30 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Legion Road.

• A deputy responded to a report of hazardous materials on the roadway at 9:20 a.m. on N. Lake Road in Fayette Township.
• A deputy responded to a traffic complaint at 9:20 p.m. on Bennett Road in New Diggings Township.
