MONROE - Drew M. Bloyer, 18, Monroe, was arrested on a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and on a charge of underage possession/consumption of alcohol (second offense), after officers responded at 12:59 a.m. Thursday, April 26, for a report of subjects running through back yards in the 2000 block of Ridgeway Road. Bloyer was jailed. Also arrested was Justin S. Helton, 18, Monroe, on a charge of underage possession/consumption of alcohol (second offense). He was released.
• A wallet was reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of 16th Avenue at 9:10 a.m. Thursday, April 26.
• A wooden boomerang and loose change were reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 2100 block of 8th Avenue at 11:27 a.m. Thursday, April 26.
• Loose change was reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 1800 block of 8th Street at 12:08 p.m. Thursday, April 26.

MONROE - Timothy A. Swanson, 37, Monroe, was cited for failure to notify police of an accident after deputies were dispatched at 7:22 a.m. Thursday, April 26, to investigate a one-vehicle crash on Sunnyside Road south of Buckeye Road in the Town of York. Swanson was reportedly driving a maroon 2003 Chevy Tahoe when he failed to negotiate a curve, veered off the road, down an embankment, and hit a tree. He told deputies the accident had occurred the night before at about 9:45 p.m., after he swerved to miss a deer. The Chevy Tahoe was severely damaged and towed from the scene. Swanson reported no injuries.

DARLINGTON - Thomas J. Ropella, 22, New Berlin, was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license at 5:27 p.m. Thursday, April 26, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Benton.
• Korey R. Costa, 17, South Wayne, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, after deputies responded to a residence on County N in the Town of Wiota for a report of an out-of-control person. Costa was jailed.
