ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - Heather L. Halverson, 27, Albany, was cited Friday for driving with a suspended license.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - For the week of April 17 to April 23, there were 148 calls for service, 25 citizen assists, 21 registrations, 17 security checks, 13 calls to 911, seven assists of other agencies, seven EMS calls, five traffic stops and two fire calls.

On April 17, a 21-year-old Belleville man was arrested at 2:24 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia in the N3800 block of Park Road.

On April 18:

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 10:20 a.m. in the 2200 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police issued a warning.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 4:23 p.m. in the 700 block of East 4th Avenue. Police issued a warning.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 5:42 p.m. in the 1000 block of West 2nd Avenue. The matter was resolved.

On April 19:

• A fraudulent IRS call was reported at 12:48 p.m. in the 100 block of Juniper Avenue.

• A fraudulent IRS call was reported at 12:49 p.m. in the 900 block of East 6th Avenue.

On Wednesday:

• A fraudulent IRS call was reported at 2:31 p.m. in the 1100 block of 21st Street.

• A fraudulent IRS call was reported at 2:35 p.m. in the 900 block of 6th Street.

On Thursday:

• A theft was reported at 5 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. The case remains under investigation.

• A gas drive-off was reported at 8:43 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police are seeking a suspect to question.

On Friday:

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 7:50 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. Police issued a warning.

• An 18-year-old Juda man was cited at 11:59 p.m. for disturbing the peace with a vehicle in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue.

On Saturday:

• A 41-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 2:36 a.m. for public consumption of alcohol in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A 24-year-old Watertown man was arrested at 10:58 a.m. on a Watertown Police warrant in the 2300 block of East 9th Avenue.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - On Friday:

• Melissa King, 41, Darlington, was arrested at 11:07 a.m. for disorderly conduct and battery in the 1600 block of 12th Street. King was released pending court.

• Garrett E. K. Kimble, 32, Monroe, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and with a prohibited alcohol concentration after police stopped him for driving the wrong way in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. Kimble was released pending court.

On Saturday, Rachel S. McCullough, 30, Monroe, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. for driving while intoxicated (second offense) in the 3000 block of Wisconsin 69. McCullough was also cited for making an unsafe lane deviation and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration. McCullough was released pending court.

On Sunday, Terri Jo Holmes, 19, Monroe, was cited at 1:03 a.m. for underage drinking in the 1300 block of 17th Street.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On April 18:

• Police responded at 11:35 a.m. to a code violation in the 200 block of Railroad Street.

• Police helped move a stalled vehicle at 4:12 p.m. in the 400 block of Railroad Street.

• A barking dog was reported at 6:03 p.m. in the 100 block of Hillside Circle. The dog's owner was issued a warning.

On April 19:

• A possible Facebook scam was reported at 10:46 a.m. at a New Glarus Residence.

• Lost car keys were delivered at 12:20 p.m. from Roy's Market to the Police Department's lost and found.

• Gary J. Wirth, 38, Monticello, was cited at 4:31 p.m. for illegal window tinting at the intersection of 14th Avenue and Wisconsin 69.

• Police cited an improperly parked vehicle at 4:42 p.m. in the 400 block of 5th Avenue.

On Wednesday:

• Valerie A. Reichling, 33, Monroe, was cited at 10:19 a.m. for driving with a revoked license.

• A residential burglar alarm was triggered at 5:11 p.m. within the village. It was found to have been a false alarm.

• An altercation was reported at 6:51 p.m. in the 400 block of 2nd Street. Police warned the offenders to quiet down.

• Tracy L. Harrison, 30, New Glarus, was cited at 10:03 p.m. for driving with a suspended license in the 10 block of 2nd Street.

On Thursday:

• A fire alarm was triggered at 9:13 a.m. in the 10 block of 13th Avenue. A child was found to have triggered the alarm.

• Amelia E. Brunner, 29, Monroe, was cited at 2:08 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance and a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Police issued a warning to multiple juveniles at 3:52 p.m. who had climbed a tree in the village park.

• Police removed debris from the roadway at 9:32 p.m. in the 700 block of 3rd Avenue.

On Friday:

• Two suspicious vehicles were reported at 1:49 a.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

• Police issued two parking citations to vehicles parked after hours.

• A residential burglar alarm was triggered at 11:49 a.m. within the village. It was found to have been a false alarm.

On Saturday:

• Daniel G. Silvernale, 27, Monticello, was cited at 12:12 a.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

• Police removed debris from the roadway at 12:29 a.m. in the 800 block of 10th Avenue.

• Michael J. Boroczk, 24, New Glarus, was arrested at 10:57 a.m. on a Green County Warrant. Boroczk was jailed.

• Lewis Rock, 51, Madison, was cited at 6:25 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Police assisted a resident with their garage door at 8:34 p.m. in the 300 block of Heidi Court.

• A traffic complaint was made at 10:09 p.m. in the 500 block of 8th Avenue.

• Police assisted Monticello Police at 10:51 p.m. with a suspicious incident.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Saturday, Jacob P. Bergum, 23, Highland, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. for felony theft in the N7500 block of Wettach Road, Town of Exeter. Bergum was jailed pending court.

On Sunday, Ricky S. Coplien, 31, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license in the W1300 block of County F, Town of Decatur.
