MONROE - Sean R. Schmelzer, 23, Monroe, was arrested for resisting arrest and two counts of bail jumping at about 1:30 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Wisconsin 69. He was jailed.
• Kiwana D. Hodges, 37, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 6:30 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of 30th Street. Hodges was jailed.

MONROE - Alexander J. Clark, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, a defective license plate lamp and open intoxicants in a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 2:30 a.m. Friday on County EE in Albany township. He was released pending court.
• Dustin D. Ethridge, 26, Monroe, was arrested for a Green County warrant and obstructing police at about midnight Friday at a Monroe business. He was jailed.
• Antonia Romos, 33, Beloit, was cited for driving without a license and speeding at about 4:45 p.m. Friday in the N7200 block of Wis. 69. He was released pending court.
