GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF MONROE - Mitchell J. Dalsing, 17, New Glarus, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. Thursday for disorderly conduct after a disturbance was reported in the W5300 block of Windmill Ridge Road, Town of New Glarus.
