Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Tyler D. Johnson, 21, Darlington, was cited for speeding at 7:27 a.m. Tuesday on Pine Tree Road in the Town of Elk Grove.

- Eleazar Garcia Tirado, 31, Dickeyville, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday after deputies responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Elk Grove. Garcia Tirado was cited for operating while intoxicated, operating without a driver's license, open intoxicants, operating with no insurance and operating left of center. Garcia Tirado remains jailed pending a court appearance and a hold place upon him by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Alizabeth A. Carroll, 27, Monticello, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay a fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally obtained prescription issued by Green County at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday in the Village of Albany. She was jailed.

- Deputies responded to a child abuse complaint at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on Fahey Road in the Town of Exeter. Reports indicate that prior to deputies arriving, the suspect fled on foot. The sheriff's office K-9 responded and located Tyler J. Smith, 25, Muscoda, hiding in a building on the property. Smith was arrested on a charge of physical abuse to a child and jailed.
