MONROE - Favel Figueroa Rojas, 28, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conducted at about 3:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of 11 Street. He was jailed.

MONROE - At 4:38 a.m., Deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Wisconsin 11, east of High School Road, Town of Sylvester, David Barragan Iturbide, 17, Beloit, was westbound on Wisconsin 11 when he stated an eastbound vehicle came into his lane. Iturbide made an evasive maneuver to avoid a collision and slid into the ditch. Iturbide and his passengers were not injured and seatbelts were used. Iturbide's vehicle was towed from the ditch with no damage. Iturbide was cited for Operating While Suspended and Operating a Motor Vehicle With No Insurance. He was released pending court.
