Albany Police

ALBANY - Kelly L. Ott, 30, Monroe, was arrested Tuesday, April 3 on an outstanding warrant issued by the Green County court for failure to pay child support.

- Dustin L. Luna, 22, Albany, was arrested Wednesday, April 4 for an outstanding warrant through the Brodhead Police Department for theft of library materials.

- Dalton R. Willing, 18, Evansville, was arrested Thursday, April 5 for operating while under the influence, first offense; prohibited alcohol concentration; open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, operating left of the center line; and underage drinking.

- Kaylee F. Nimz, 19, Evansville, was cited Thursday, April 5 for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and underage drinking of alcohol.

- Olivia L. Halvorson, 23, Belleville, was cited Sunday, April 8 for operating a motor vehicle while revoked.

Belleville Police

BELLEVILLE - Officers responded at about 2:20 p.m. March 28 to an address in the village for a report of unwanted people entering a residence. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the subjects had left. The incident is under investigation with charges pending.

- Officers were notified of an attempted burglary to a residence at about 7 p.m. March 28. The homeowners found that someone had broken the glass to the front door of their residence. Further investigation led to a suspect being identified. The case remains under investigation.

- Scott R. Ryan, 21, rural Belleville, was cited for first offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration; and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle as a driver, after officers found him sleeping in his parked vehicle with lights and radio on at about 2:18 a.m. Tuesday, April 3.

- Officers took a report at about 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, regarding of a Social Security number being misused to file income tax returns. Law enforcement is working with the IRS to investigate the matter.

- Officers took a report from a person in Dubuque, Iowa, at about 9:38 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, regarding a stolen credit card possibly being used at a business in Belleville. The incident is under investigation.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Travis R. Edler, 30, Brodhead, was arrested at 8:18 a.m. Sunday, April 1 in the 2100 block of 21st Street for domestic disorderly conduct, intimidation of a victim, and violation of a restraining order.

- Jeffery R. McAllister, 29, Pueblo, Colo., was cited at 8:08 p.m. Wednesday, April 4 in the 600 block of 1st Street for non-registration of a motor vehicle. A court date was issued.

- Gary D. Woodworth, 45, Janesville, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Thursday, April 5 in the 1400 block of W. 4th Ave. for operating while intoxicated, prohibited alcohol concentration, and failure to yield right of way following a traffic accident, He was released with a court date.

Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Christo B. Esmeralda, 37, Darlington, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid Wisconsin driver's license and operating without insurance at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, April 7, following an investigation of suspicious activity in the 600 block of East Street. Antonio Esmeralda, 20, Darlington, was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

- Heath Jacobsen, 26, Darlington, was cited at about 2:05 a.m. Sunday, April 8 for open intoxicants on the street, following an investigation of disorderly conduct at the corner of Main and Louisa streets.

- Jodi R. Fitzsimons, 37, Darlington, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, fourth offense; operating after revocation, third offense; disorderly conduct; and resisting an officer at 2:50 a.m. Sunday, April 8 on Furnace Hill Road.

Monroe Police

MONROE - A business in the 1600 block of 9th Street reported a gas drive-off of $43 at about 1 p.m. Friday, April 6. The incident is under investigation.

- A business in the 2900 block of 13th Street reported a gas drive-off of an unknown amount at about 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 6. Arrangements were made for payment.

- Jenifer L. Kitelinger, 29, Monroe, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. Saturday, April 7 in the 1800 block of 27th Street for disorderly conduct and battery stemming from a domestic disturbance. Kitelinger was unable to post bond and was confined to the Green County Jail.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Austin D. Frion, 28, Madison, was cited for failure to use mandatory seatbelt and operating while revoked, after a traffic stop at 1:55 p.m. Thursday, April 5 on 2nd Street at 1st Avenue.

- Police responded at 5:14 p.m. Thursday, April 5 to an address in New Glarus to take a report of a fraud attempt via fraudulent checks. Officers report a citizen received three different checks in the mail for payments for services rendered. The person was to cash the checks, then take some part of the money for payment and send the remaining money via Western Union to other locations. The checks were counterfeit.

- Kevin D. Beckwith, 34, Albany, was cited for failure to use a seatbelt at 2:44 p.m. Thursday, April 6 on 2nd Street at 14th Avenue.

- Police took a report at 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 7 of vandalism to a vehicle parked in the 200 block 11th Avenue. Police report suspect(s) used a black marker and wrote some statements on the vehicle. It appeared that the writing could be removed and that the vehicle was not damaged.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Shane M. Segner, 33, Monroe, was cited for battery and jailed on a Department of Correction probation hold, following a battery complaint at 12:48 a.m. Thursday, April 7 at a tavern in the Town of Monroe.
