MONROE - A Middleton man was found guilty of fifth-offense drunk driving Sept. 20 in Green County Circuit Court.
Merrill Cottington, 48, Middleton, was found guilty after pleading no contest to operating while intoxicated.
The charge, a class H felony, stems from a Jan. 23 incident. Court records indicate that Cottington was northbound on Wisconsin 69, south of County FF, in the Town of Monroe when he was charged.
Cottington's sentencing hearing is set for 2 p.m. Nov. 11.
