BELLEVILLE - Marilyn R. Fahey, age 74 of Belleville, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg. She was born on October 15, 1934 in Madison, WI to her parents, John and Rosemary (Kelzenberg) Wagner. Marilyn graduated from Madison West High School in 1952. On October 13, 1956 she was united in marriage to Phil Fahey at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Madison. Marilyn was a homemaker and farmed with her husband in Belleville for many years. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Belleville. Marilyn also enjoyed bowling and was a member of the New Glarus and Belleville Bowling Leagues.
Marilyn is survived by her husband, Phil of Belleville; children: Gary Fahey of Appleton, Cindy Pazik of Niles, IL, Cheri (Jerry) Wells of Browntown, Lori Fahey of Monticello, Kelly (Sherrie) Fahey of Barneveld, and Kevin (Annya) Fahey of Madison; grandchildren: Abbigale, Tyler, and Cody Pazik; Thomas and Karla Wells; Kenny and Bryan Schlittler; Matthew and Nicole Fahey; Kyle and Sean Fahey; and a sister, Heidi (Jim) Grudzinski of Barneveld.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Cliffy Pazik.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 338 Harrison St., at the corner of School and Harrison St., Belleville, WI, with the Rev. Kenneth Klink officiating with a private family burial service in the St. James Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of service on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Belleville.
