Man faces six years for felony OWI

MONROE - The court last Thursday sentenced Robert L. Stenzel, 38, Janesville, to 180 days in jail, 30 months probation, 34 months license revocation, 46 months ignition interlock, alcohol assessment and $3,048 in fines for driving while under the influence. Court records indicate Stenzel, on or about Feb. 14, 2010, was traveling on Atkinson Road in the Town of Albany with an alcohol concentration level of .25 g/ml.

He was charged with one count of operating while under the influence of an intoxicant, 5th or 6th offense, a felony.

He faced six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
