ALBANY - A Brodhead man was arrested last week in Albany on his fifth charge of driving while intoxicated.
Gregory R. Stevens, 45, was also charged with operating left of center and driving with a suspended license, according to a release from Albany police.
Stevens has a pre-trial conference for the case scheduled in Green County Court on Tuesday, Feb. 7.
For his fourth DWI arrest, which occurred in June 2011, he has a plea and sentencing hearing on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
Online court records indicate he was arrested on his third DWI in December 2005 in Dane County and convicted in April 2006.
