DARLINGTON - A Blanchardville man is scheduled to make his initial appearance today for seventh-offense drunken driving.
Larry A. Tollefson, 61, was arrested at about 11:45 p.m. Monday at the intersection of County H and Wisconsin 78 in Blanchardville. Lafayette County Sheriff Scott Pedley said Tollefson's vehicle was stopped after deputies observed an equipment violation.
Tollefson was charged with seventh-offense drunken driving, a class G felony. He faces up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines, if convicted.
His appearance was set for 8 a.m.
