On June 21:

●  At 2:38 a.m. officers responded to a 911 call at an apartment complex in the 1100 block of 16th Ave.An investigation into the 911 call led to the arrest of Eduardo Eli De Leon Morales, 35 of Monroe for Disorderly Conduct and Battery on the Wisconsin’s Domestic Abuse Laws along with Felony Bail Jumping. Eduardo was transported to the Green County Jail where he remains pending a mandatory court appearance.
