● 4:26 a.m. A deputy responded to N Happy ST in the City of Shullsburg for a report of suspicious activity.

● 8:10 a.m. Benton First and Hazel Green EMS responded to Aetna RD, New Diggings Township for a medical emergency.

● 10:42 a.m. Darlington Fire and Lafayette County EMS responded to Holland RD, Darlington Township for a camper fire. Darlington Police assisted with traffic control.

● 4:13 p.m. Lafayette County EMS responded to the Cheese County Trail in the City for a motorcycle accident.

● 5:06 p.m. A deputy responded to W Main ST in the Village of Benton for trespassing.

● 6:29 p.m. A deputy responded to Lake RD, Fayette Township for a vehicle unlock.

● 7:07 p.m. Darius L Lewers, 20, Freeport IL was cited for Speeding on Dublin RD, Darlington Township.

● 7:11 p.m. A deputy responded to STH 81, Darlington Township for a check welfare.

● 8:18 p.m.  A deputy responded to W Mound RD, Belmont Township for a check welfare.

● 8:38 p.m.Lafayette County EMS responded to Ohio ST in the City for a medical emergency. Darlington Police assisted on scene.

● 9:47 p.m. A deputy responded to Trotter Rd, Wiota Township for trespassing.

● 10:35 p.m.  A deputy responded to Truman Rd, Kendall Township for a one vehicle accident. Lexie K Yaun, 16, Mineral Point was traveling westbound on Truman RD driving a 2007 Honda when the vehicle struck a cow. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was driven from the scene.

● 10:39 p.m. Lafayette County EMS responded to Eliza ST in the City for a medical emergency. Darlington Police assisted on scene.

● 10:51 p.m. A deputy responded to W Mary St in the City to assist Darlington Police with a disorderly conduct complaint.

On July 10:

● 5:22 a.m. A deputy responded to Valley Rd, Argyle Township for a one vehicle accident.   Kaden J Hartwig, 18, Argyle was traveling on Valley Rd when he swerved to miss a deer causing him to lose control of his vehicle, exit the roadway and enter the ditch.  Hartwig’s Toyota received minor damage and was driven from the scene.

● 5:59 a.m.  A deputy responded to STH 81, Elk Grove Township for livestock on the roadway. 

● 6:47 a.m. South Wayne First Response and Green County EMS responded to Mayer Rd, Wayne Township for a medical emergency. 

● 9:22 a.m. A deputy responded to STH 11, Village of South Wayne for a disorderly conduct complaint. 

● 12:19 p.m. Shullsburg EMS responded to S Judgement St, City of Shullsburg for a medical emergency.

● 11:43 p.m. Blanchardville EMS responded to Oak ST in the Village for a medical emergency.  A Deputy, Iowa County Sheriff’s Office, and Green County EMS assisted on scene.

On July 12:

● 4:01 a.m. A deputy responded to Cty. D, Fayette Township for livestock on the roadway. 

● 6:45 a.m. A deputy responded to Cty D, Wiota Township for a check welfare. 

● 7:58 a.m. A deputy responded to Cty Y,  Wiota Township for an animal problem. 

● 9:26 a.m. Lafayette County EMS responded to E Catherine St., City of Darlington for a medical emergency. Darlington Police assisted on scene. 

● 10:19 a.m.  A deputy responded to Bean St., Village of Benton for a report of fraud. 

10:25 a.m. A deputy responded to W Riverside Rd, Gratiot Township for a civil dispute. 

● 5:13 p.m. Skylar T. Neff, 19, Warren was cited for Speeding on STH 11, Gratiot Township.

● 7:59  p.m. Argyle EMS responded to Goodman RD, Lamont Township for a medical emergency. A deputy assisted on scene. 

● 6:30 p.m. A deputy responded to W Water ST, City of Shullsburg for a threats complaint. 

● 7:46 p.m. A deputy encountered a one vehicle accident, involving Quincy R. Thompson, 27, Shullsburg, who was traveling on Big Cut RD, Shullsburg Township when he lost control of his vehicle and entered a field. Thompson’s 2005 Hyundai received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Thompson reported minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. Upon further investigation, Thompson was arrested on valid warrants. He was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and remains in custody.  

● 9:17 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH XX, Belmont Township for a civil dispute. 

● 9:56 p.m. A deputy responded to Main ST, Village of Gratiot for a check welfare.

On July 13:

● 12:25 a.m. A deputy responded to Faymont Rd, Darlington Township for livestock on the roadway. 

● 2:04 a.m.  A deputy responded to STH 23, Darlington Township for livestock on the roadway. 

● 10:06 a.m.  A deputy responded to W Water St, City of Shullsburg for an animal problem.

● 11:43 a.m. Lafayette County EMS responded to E Louisa St, City of Darlington for a medical emergency. 

● 12:01 p.m. Mineral Point EMS responded to Ferrell Rd, Willow Springs Township for a medical emergency. 

● 12:46 p.m. Daniel E Fisher, 23, Shullsburg was arrested on CTH K, City of Darlington on a Probation and Parole violation.  Fisher was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.

● 12:59 p.m. Shullsburg EMS responded to Winskill St, City of Shullsburg for a medical emergency.

● 4:20 p.m.  A deputy responded to CTH F, Darlington Township for a disabled vehicle. 

● 6:05 p.m. Ivan Gonzalez, 34, Madison was cited for Possession of Controlled Substance on STH 11, Village of South Wayne. Gonzalez was arrested for Operating while Revoked and Failure to Install IID. Gonzalez was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and released.  His passenger, Richard A Grey, 49, Madison was cited for Open Intoxicants. 

● 7:39 p.m. Deputies responded to STH 11, Village of South Wayne for a Disorderly Conduct.  As a result, Timmy A Reed, 48, South Wayne was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

On July 14:

● ● 6:28 AM A deputy responded to CTH S, Willow Springs Township for a two vehicle accident. Heidi E Fahrney, 29, Mineral Point was backing out of her driveway, when she struck an oncoming vehicle, driven by Dennis M Prine, 65, Darlington.  Fahrney’s 2009 Pontiac and Prine’s 2010 Ford received minor damage and were driven from the scene.  No injuries were reported.

● 7:50 a.m. Deputies responded to W Water St, City of Shullsburg for a commercial alarm.

● 12:21 p.m. A deputy responded to STH 11, Village of South Wayne for a civil dispute. 

● 1:12 p.m. A deputy encountered a disabled vehicle on STH 11, Wayne Township. 

● 4:42 p.m.Lafayette County EMS responded to Fayette Rd, City of Darlington for a medical emergency.

● 7:19 p.m. A deputy responded to E Mound Rd, Belmont Township for an injured animal on the roadway. 

● 8:27 p.m.A deputy rsponded to CTH J, Village of Benton for a suspicious activity complaint.  

● 9:45 p.m. Richard W McDaniel reported striking a deer on STH 11, Gratiot Township.  

● 10:11 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH M, Argyle Township to assist the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.

● 10:26 p.m. A deputy responded to Miner Way, City of Shullsburg for a 911 misdial.

● 10:47 p.m.  A deputy responded to Main St, City of Darlington to assist the Darlington Police Department with a check welfare.

● 12:42 a.m. Blanca E Rosales Flores, 44, Des Plaines IL was cited for Failure to stop at a Stop Sign and Non Registration on CTH W, White Oak Springs Township.

● 1:11 a.m.  A deputy responded to CTH H, Benton Township for check welfare.

● 3:45 a.m. William D Spurlock, 75, Charleston, WV was cited for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed, White Oak Springs Township.

● 6:24 p.m. A deputy assisted Darlington Police on County Shop RD, Darlington Township with a traffic stop.

● 6:30 p.m. Gratiot Fire and First and Green County EMS responded to STH 11, Gratiot Township for an ATV accident. Deputies assisted on scene.

● 8:11 p.m. A deputy assisted Darlington Police on STH 23 in the City with a traffic stop.

● 8:28 p.m. A deputy responded to E Louisa ST in the City of Darlington for a courtesy ride.

On Aug 13:

Simon A. Sassorossi, age 18, of Oregon, WI, was arrested at approximately 2:22 a.m. for OWI first offense following a traffic stop on County Shop Road. Sassorossi was also cited for underage drinking. Sassorossi’s 17 year-old passenger was also cited for underage drinking.
