GERMAN VALLEY - Keith Stukenberg, 46, of German Valley, died Sunday, February 7, 2010, in Northwest Memorial Hospital, Chicago. Born December 12, 1963, in Freeport, the son of Ralph Stukenberg and June (Klinger) Kearns. Graduated from Forreston High School in 1982 and Highland Community College, Freeport in 1985. Married Kelli Stauffer on August 31, 1985, in Orangeville United Methodist Church. Was an area auto mechanic and a member of Forreston United Methodist Church. Enjoyed fishing, house-boating, restoring cars, gardening, and demolition derbies.

Keith is lovingly survived by his wife, Kelli Stukenberg; son, Logan Stukenberg; mother, June Kearns; and brother, Curt Stukenberg, all of German Valley; father Ralph (Pam) Stukenberg; parents-in-law, William and Joyce Stauffer; step-sisters, Tami Althoff and Belinda Fullmer; and step-brother, Donald Kearns.

He was predeceased by his infant twin sons, Casey Andrew and Cory Ames Stukenberg in 1992; and step-father, Don Kearns 2003.

Service is 10 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2010, at Forreston United Methodist Church, 402 S. 1st Ave., Forreston, with the Rev. Kent L. Svendsen officiating. Burial in Twelve Mile Grove Cemetery, Pecatonica. Visitation 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2010, in Genandt Funeral Home, at 602 N. Elida St. in Winnebago, Ill. Memorials to Keith's family.
