SHULLSBURG - Julie Ann Boelk, 45, of Shullsburg, WI passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital at Madison, WI. She was born on November 26, 1964 in Freeport, IL to Roger and Virginia (Sigafus) Boelk. Julie attended South Wayne High School in South Wayne, WI. and St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Warren, IL. She is survived by her parents of Shullsburg, WI; Julie was preceded in death by 1 Brother Jerald "Jerry" Boelk on April 1, 2009. She was also preceded by 3 Aunts Phyllis Boelk, Carma Boelk, and Beverly Haas, 1 Uncle Donald Luy.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Pastor Margo Peterson from St. Paul's Lutheran Church will officiate the service . Burial will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Warren, IL. A memorial has been established in her name.
