Judith Dianne Carter died on September 17, 2012 at her home in Freeport, IL. She was born June 5, 1935, in Monroe, Wisconsin to Kenneth and Olga (Roth) Norder. Judith married Raymond Edward Carter on June 27, 1954, in Monroe, Wisconsin.
She was a member of Community Reformed Church in Freeport, where she was the Junior and Senior Choir Director for 20 years.
Survivors include her husband, a son, Stephen Carter of Freeport; a daughter Sharon (Jeff) Fogel of Cedarville, IL; a grandson Thomas J. Rucker of South Beloit; and brothers Kenneth LeRoy Norder and William Charles Norder both of Monroe, Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services for Judith will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday September 20, 2012 at Community Reformed Church in Freeport with Pastor Herb Bollman officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church. Entombment will take place at Oakland Mausoleum following the service.
