Joyce E. (Haman) Tertin, age 84 of Monroe, died Saturday, August 4, 2012 at the Monroe Manor. Joyce was born June 29, 1928 in Orangeville, IL, the daughter of William F. and Sarah "Sadie" (Davidson) Haman. Joyce graduated from Monroe High School in 1946 and married Virgil W. Tertin on April 20, 1947 at the Immanuel Evangelical Church in Monroe.
