Jean E. Elmer, age 87 of Albany, passed away Monday, October 12, 2015 at her daughter's home. She was born on March 25, 1928 in Attica, WI, along with her twin sister and most treasured friend, June, the daughter of William and Alta (Crosgrove) Qualley. She graduated from Albany High School in 1946.
