Jean Ann Phillips, age 70, of Monroe, died on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Pleasant View Nursing Home. She was born on April 16, 1943 the daughter of Ray and Pauline (Belknap) Phillips. Jean was a loyal Swiss Colony employee for 40 years.
