FREEPORT - Jason Duane Benfer, 43 yrs. old, passed away on Sept. 28, 2015. He was born on Nov. 24, 1971 in Monroe, WI the son of Duane and Linda Benfer. Jason graduated from Orangeville High School Class of 1989.
He is survived by his parents: Duane and Linda Benfer of Winslow, IL; Sisters: Jodie (Doug) Hetland and Annie Benfer; Nephews: Nick Obert and Blake Hetland; Niece: Rylee Obert & Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Preceded in Death By his Grandparents: Alton and Leona Benfer, John and Vera Johnson
Services will be on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 11am with a Fellowship Luncheon to follow at the Cedarville Baptist Church 444 W. Cedarville Rd. with Rev. John McIntosh officiating. Visitation will be from 9 am - 11 am. Jason will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor and the love that he had for his friends and family.
