Jarrett Lee Floyd Ostrander, age 16 of Monroe, died unexpectedly on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. Jarrett was born May 13, 1999 in Monroe, the son of Richard A. and Tina M. (Naef) Ostrander. Jarrett's passion in life was fishing and hunting.
