Delavan/Brodhead - James M. Brandenburg, age 62, of East Troy, WI, formerly of Brodhead, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2012, in Madison, WI. He was born on November 16, 1949 in Monroe, WI, the son of Marvin R. and Lillian (Fleek) Brandenburg. He married Kathy J. Larson on December 19, 1970 in Evansville, WI.
Jim graduated from Brodhead High School in 1967 and worked in the grocery business.
He is survived by his former wife of 40 years, Kathy; two sons, Adam James Brandenburg of Footville, WI, Joseph Don Brandenbrg of Elkhorn, WI; a daughter, Jenny J. (Mark) Hoke of Elkhorn, WI; a brother, George (Cindy) Brandenburg of Mt. Horeb, WI; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Susan McGinty.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at the United Congregational Church of Christ, Brodhead, with Rev. R. Tiffany Bates officiating.
