Jocosa L. Moen
Jocosa L. Moen, age 8 of Monroe, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Monroe Clinic Hospital. She was born on April 15, 2000 in Monroe, the daughter of Brandi L. Moen and was in the third grade at Parkside School in Monroe. Jocosa participated in "Kidz Link" at Crossroads Community Church with her special friend, Chris Truckenmiller.

Surviving are her mother, Brandi (Greg) Jelle of Monroe; sister, Baileigh M. Jelle and step-sister, Kara Jelle of Monroe; grandparents, Robert and Diana Moen of Monroe; great-grandmother, Lenore Moen of Monroe; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Erling Moen and Myron and Alice Nolty.

"Though her time on earth was limited, she left a lasting impression on many. Thank You to all family, friends, caregivers, doctors, and therapists that have been a special part of Jocosa's life."

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home with Rev. Seth McRae officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

A memorial fund is being established for The Pediatric Therapy Foundation, Inc.
