MONROE - Green County Sheriff's deputies on Monday morning arrested a Rockton man for felony criminal damage to property, following reports of a disturbance on Woodman Road in Clarno Township.
Officers on the scene just before 10 a.m. reported that a vehicle, house and statue were damaged in the incident, but did not elaborate on how the damage occurred, according to reports.
Following an initial investigation, they arrested Javier L. Delauz, 38, of Rockton, Ill.
In addition to the felony criminal damage charge, Delauz also was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, police said.
Delauz was jailed pending an initial court appearance.
