- The New Glarus Fire Department was dispatched at 9:45 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, to an active fire alarm at the New Glarus High School. Firefighters discovered it was a false alarm set off by a system malfunction.
- The New Glarus Fire Department was dispatched at 6:20 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, to a business. Firefighters discovered the alarm was just a drill and there was no actual fire.
- New Glarus Area EMS was dispatched at 7:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue.
