MONROE - On Monday, Oct. 22:
• The Monroe Fire Department was dispatched at 11:26 a.m. to Northside Elementary, 3005 8th 1/2 St., after a young student pulled the fire alarm. There was no fire.
• An ambulance was dispatched at 7:25 a.m. to the 2700 block of 4th Street and at 12:02 p.m. to the 1100 block of 30th Street.
