Darlington Police

DARLINGTON- The Darlington Police and Fire Departments were dispatched at 9:23 p.m. Monday, July 2, to a house fire at the Harwick residence, 840 Main St., after a passerby noticed smoke coming from the roof. No injuries were reported.

Monroe Police

MONROE - An ambulance was dispatched:

- At 4:51 a.m. Friday, July 6, to the 1100 block of 19th Avenue.

- At 10:02 a.m. Friday, July 6, to the 2000 block of 4th Street.

- At 8:17 a.m. Saturday, July 7, to the Aster Retirement Community of Monroe, 616 8th Ave.

- At 1:45 a.m. Sunday, July 8, to the Aster Retirement Community of Monroe, 616 8th Ave.

- At 8:48 a.m. Sunday, July 8, to the 1100 block of 15th Avenue.

MONROE - The Monroe Fire Department was dispatched at 2:21 a.m. Sunday, July 8, to a lawn on fire in front of a residence in the 900 block of 17th Street. People setting off fireworks nearby caused the fire. Police were able to help residents extinguish most of the fire before firefighters arrived to finish the job.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - The New Glarus Fire Department was dispatched at 2:30 am. Monday, July 2, to a general fire alarm at the Glarner Lodge, 900 Glarner Drive. It turned out to be a false alarm, and the alarm was reset.

NEW GLARUS - New Glarus EMS was dispatched at 8:21 p.m. Friday, July 6, to a medical call on Wisconsin 69.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - An ambulance was dispatched:

- At 10:39 a.m. Friday, July 6, to transport an ill person from Lafayette Manor, 719 E. Catherine St., to Lafayette Memorial Hospital.

- At 1:21 p.m. Friday, July 6, to a residence in Shullsburg for a person who had fallen.

- At 8:45 p.m. Friday, July 6, to a location on Bennett Road in the Town of New Diggings for an ill person.

- At 1:06 p.m. Sunday, July 8, to assist a motorist on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.
