Lafayette County Sheriff DARLINGTON - Shullsburg Ambulance, Shullsburg police and a deputy responded at 8:57 p.m. Friday to a 1-year-old with a very high fever at a location on East Water Street, Shullsburg. On Saturday: • Blanchardville Ambulance responded to a medical call at 11:55 a.m. on Cross Street, Village of Blanchardville. • Blanchardville Fire Department, Blanchardville Ambulance and a deputy responded to a residential fire on East Baker Street, Village of Blanchardville, at 4:29 p.m. No flames were seen, but the house was filled up with smoke, possibly caused by a chimney.
