LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Rural Medical Ambulance Service responded at 1:19 p.m. to a medical transport on Clay Street in Darlington.

• The Mineral Point Fire Department responded at 3:35 p.m. to a semi trailer on fire on U.S. 151, Town of Kendall. The trailer sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.

• Benton First Response and Hazel Green Ambulance Service responded at 5:03 p.m. to a medical call on East Main Street in Benton.

On Saturday:

• Benton First Response and the Benton Fire Department responded at 7:28 a.m. to a house fire on County J in Benton.

• Rural Medical Ambulance Service responded at 11:50 a.m. to a medical emergency on Center Hill Road in Darlington.

• Rural Medical Ambulance Service responded at 12:22 p.m. to a medical emergency on Dublin Road in Darlington.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On April 19:

• New Glarus Area EMS responded at 8 a.m. to a medical call in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue.

• New Glarus Area EMS responded at 3:56 p.m. to a medical call in the 1800 block of 2nd Street.

• New Glarus Area EMS responded at 10:48 a.m. to a medical call in the 600 block of Haslen Drive. All units were canceled en route.

On Friday, police investigated a cloud of smoke enveloping a part of the village at 2:07 a.m. The source was found to be a burning brush pile in the W6000 block of Legler Valley Road.

On Saturday, New Glarus Area EMS responded at 4:36 p.m. to a medical call at the New Glarus Nursing Home.

On Sunday, New Glarus Area EMS responded at 12:38 a.m. to an intoxicated subject in the 400 block of Elmer Road. The subject was transported to the hospital.
