Fawna L. Regez, age 41, of Evansville, died Sunday, July 12, 2009, at University Hospital, Madison. She was born on January 24, 1968, the daughter of Patrick and Susan (Owens) Sullivan. Fawna and David R. Regez were married on March 20, 2000 in Madison.
She is survived by her husband, David Regez of Evansville; parents, Patrick and Susan Sullivan of Edgerton; mother and father-in-law, Rudolph and Susan Regez of Monroe; maternal grandfather, William Owens; brothers, Patrick (Melody) Sullivan Jr., John (Lisa) Sullivan; sisters, Katie (Wade) Moretz, Tina Sullivan; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents; maternal grandmother and sister, Cheri.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, 2009 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 910 E. High St., Milton, WI. Co-officiating will be Pastor Larry Schwanke and Pastor Wernor Wagner.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established in Fawna's memory.
