Ernest C. Kaderly, 90, of Lena died Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Stephenson Nursing Center.
Mr. Kaderly was born September 1, 1922, in Albany, Wisconsin the son of Emil and Flora (Jones) Kaderly. Mr. Kaderly married Anna Mae Leiby on June 11, 1943 in Orangeville, Illinois. Ernest and his wife farmed In the Baileyville area for over 50 years. He enjoyed singing, yodeling and playing his harmonica.
Mr. Kaderly is survived by his wife; two sons: LeRoy Kaderly of Browntown, Wisconsin and Bob Kaderly of Galena; two daughters: Linda (Delmar) Maize of Freeport and Patricia (Clyde) Pearson of Freeport. Also fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and his granddaughter, Janet.
Funeral services for Mr. Kaderly will be Wednesday, 10:30 A.M. in Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home, Freeport. Rev. John McIntosh will officiate.
Visitation will be Tuesday, 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Burke-Tubbs and from 9:30 A.M until time of service Wednesday in Burke-Tubbs.
Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport.
