Avis B. Oppliger, 96, New Glarus, died on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Primrose Lutheran Church, 8770 Ridge Dr., Belleville, with the Rev. Nicole Espe officiating. Burial will be in the Primrose West Cemetery. A visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
