Jean A. Phillips, 70, Monroe, died Thursday, Jan. 30. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
