Derrick S. Youtzy, 31, Pearl City, Ill., formerly of Lena, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012. A service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27 at Leamon Funeral Home, Lena, Ill., with Pastor Randy Nicholas officiating. Cremation Rites were accorded and there will be no visitation.
