LaVerne G. Hardyman, 83, Darlington, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20 at Fayette United Methodist Church, 11013 County F, Darlington, with Rev. Larry Hakes officiating. Burial will be in Fayette Methodist Cemetery, Darlington, with military graveside rites to be accorded by Bates-O'Brien-Howe-Wiegel-Roelli American Legion Post #214 of Darlington. A visitation will be held from 4 until 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19 at Erickson Funeral Home, 508 Main St., Darlington.
