Phillip Carl "Joe" Zimmerly, 77, Shullsburg, died Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in Dubuque, Iowa. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 11 at Erickson Funeral Home, 235 N. Judgement St., Shullsburg, with Rev. Jeffrey A. Meyer of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating. Visitations will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 10 and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Baraboo, where military graveside rites will be accorded by Baraboo Veteran Honor Guard.
