According to the city's current agreement with the Humane Society, The City of Monroe is responsible for snowplowing at the Humane Society and does perform snowplowing there. However, City Street Department Supervisor Tom Boll informed City Clerk Carol Stamm that sometimes when the city plows arrive at the Humane Society building to plow the snow, it has already been done.
