The name of a person arrested by the Monroe Police Department was inadvertently deleted from the police blotter Monday, Aug. 6. Matthew P. Vincent, 55, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery at 8:33 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, in the 2500 block of 10th Street. Police arrested him as the result of a domestic dispute.
