Felonies
Jessica L. Gray, 20, Brodhead, was found guilty March 24, after pleading no contest to possession with the intent to deliver non-narcotics as a party to a crime, a class H felony, stemming from an Oct. 20, 2010, incident. The court sentenced Gray to two years probation and fined her $268.Courts records indicate Gray had 28 Vicodin tablets, a controlled substance, in a clear plastic bag in the City of Brodhead.
Rachael M. Kubly, 21, was found guilty on March 23 of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a class H felony, as well as three counts of receiving stolen property, each a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, with 60 days in jail and 200 hours of community service; and fined $8,400 for court costs and restitution.
Court records indicate that Kubly, on or about Oct. 25, provided transportation to her apartment for a juvenile and two other people after the burglary of a downtime Monroe business, and concealed in her apartment items, including a camera, swords and Xbox games, that she knew were stolen from two Monroe businesses and a residence.
Misdemeanors
Charles D. Hill, 22, Monroe, was found guilty March 24, after pleading no contest to an unclassified misdemeanor charge of an adult permitting an underage person to drink alcohol on or about April 25, 2010. He was order to pay $515.50.
Derek P. Petkus, 31, Belleville, was found guilty April 4 to knowingly violating a domestic abuse order, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $316.
